More, Just Stuff

This ain't no turkey.
You lookin' at me?
Becky's idea of comfort sure isn't mine.  Please excuse the eerie eyes, she always has to look at her Mom when I'm taking pictures.
How turkeys take a (dust) bath.
We are getting a gentle rain this morning.  It's a blessing because we have been in a moderate drought.  This is the first time in I don't know how long that I have actually seen road spray.
Just look at how brown and crisp that grass is.  Well, except at the very bottom where I have been watering the flowers.

Your new little friend, did give you "the look", huh? Cute!

No, Becky's seat, doesn't look to comfortable to me either. I'm not flexible enough, suppose you aren't either.

It looks like rain here mostly, but I am not going to hold my breath! Maybe tomorrow? I hope you have a little better than light rain, maybe will revive some of the lawns.

Yay for rain....send it to us. I wish we could get a gentle soaking rain w/o the audio and electricity.

You have beavers too? WOW!!! I've only seen one in person once in my life and it was from some distances. Oh my gosh you have a wildlife preserve in your back yard. I saw the flock of turkeys from earlier this week. Are they living close by you also?

Is that a groundhog? I've never seen one before. They look a lot like our marmots who live in our high mountains. Very cool!

Love the pictures. Our grass looks a lot like yours right now. Kind of takes the fun out of walking bare foot through the lawn :)

It's almost as if you are a 'zookeeper'......so many different animals.
Funny, we've had more rain these past three months than ever before.....oh for some balance!
