I've been gone all day, and no place near a computer. The first thing I did when I got home was to check and see how Lisa's Booby Trap did. The title says it all -- She won!
She broke last from the gate and ran a crafty race, blasting by everybody else in the run to the finish. How great is this? I'm so happy for Tim Snyder and everyone involved with this wonderful filly.
What a story this is turning out to be! Well, I tried to link a Brisnet story about the race but it won't work. Pity, because it has a splendid picture of her during the race. I'm hoping the race will show up on YouTube. I'll link it if it does.
Here a link to the Thoroughbred Times article. If you click the link in the upper right part of the article, you'll be able to see the race. I can't get a clickable link, but if you copy and paste you should be able to get it.

I was just going somewhere else when your header grabbed my attention. I hoped that -- with a name like that and a sweet story behind it -- she would win. I'm so happy and wish I could have seen the race.--Inger
This is fantastic Sounds like a real horseman who knows he has a real diamond in his hands
Perhaps we can find a finish line picture
Very happy for the owner, nice to see an actual worker get a winner. Sad but very touching story.
