This is All I've Got

It's been a quiet couple of days.  I've been mainly reading, doing housework (blech!) or playing on the computer.  So, I don't have much to share.

Last night, I was hanging out by my rear window, waiting for the Mallard ducks to appear.  They never made it, but I did get this short clip of some of the squirrels at my feeder.  The yowling you hear in the background is Leon.  You see, it was supper time, and he was highly indignant that I wasn't catering to the fact that he was going to starve and fade away to nothing if he didn't get fed right that very minute!  The sound effects are probably better than the video.

Oh my gosh, you get the squirrels! Before they first scampered away, I thought I was watching a flock of birds! Such little scamper rats! :)

Poor Leon. I hope you saved him from withering away... :)

Funny, how 4 of the squirrels run away scared by something and than return one by one:) They are adorable...

WOW!!!! so many squirrels, and they do move fast. Poor little Leon. SO SAD!!!!

Where are the ladies? Becky, Gina, and Rachael doing while Leon is starving?

Gloria, the girls have a different modus operandi. They are all more of the sit like Egyptian statues and stare until they bore a hole in your back variety.

Leon is sooo funny! You do have a hungry bunch there, I tried counting them but they did not sit still long enough.

You are lucky Leon didn't call the ASPCA.

For some reason, those squirrels remind me of a Far Side cartoon.

I love hearing Leon! Our cat CC very rarely meows and I miss that--I also can't believe how many squirrels you have--They do seem to have friends to invite along don't they?

Your day sounds like mine, cleaning up post-Christmas, reading, wasting time on the computer... Winter is a slow time for blogging subjects.

Very entertaining! I don't know how you get any house work done at all; I'd be glued to the window, watching squirrels, with Leon on my lap.
