You should see the mustards that grow here, the Tumble Mustards. I'm on their case this year though and hope to prevent the invasion I had last year. They are still out there, all dry and tumbling in wind. I have buttercups too and some blue flowers now. Followed your link from Tammy's Fairlight Farms page. You have an interesting blog.

I may be able to help with a couple of your weeds. The yellow flowered plant is a double celandine poppy. I have them in my wild flower garden. The ground hugging plant with the arrow shaped leaves is sheep's sorrel. Sheep's sorrel is edible but should be cooked instead of eaten raw. Sorry, I can't help ID your shrub, maybe when it blooms.
MarnieRoses and Lilacshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07121676379580186489noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4420673425798745616.post-91082870564105499052010-05-03T13:31:56.451-04:002010-05-03T13:31:56.451-04:00These are all beautiful flowers. They are just resistant green plants, which I prefer to the crunchy brownish grass we get in the summer, in spite of all the watering. My hubby is more delicate about our lawn, but I like the variety:) And so do my turtles!Sandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09725590801507442094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4420673425798745616.post-68572207214665899542010-05-03T11:19:17.696-04:002010-05-03T11:19:17.696-04:00and the dandelion's are healthy for ya.and the dandelion's are healthy for ya.Joanna@BooneDocksWilcoxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11889259406024845745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4420673425798745616.post-72604230809630909552010-05-03T09:27:42.093-04:002010-05-03T09:27:42.093-04:00I think you need a couple of goats to help you pru...I think you need a couple of goats to help you prune your wildflowers... hee heeIsobelleGoLightlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10233377230754119180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4420673425798745616.post-29991743428914695862010-05-03T09:14:55.615-04:002010-05-03T09:14:55.615-04:00Good Morning! I know I have violets in the spring before the mower gets out, and of course dandelions. The nice thing about having a blog - I can always look up what someone else has put in!

I blew that mystery flower up - looks like 4 petals to my old eyes. We get a bunch of them in the spring, before the lawn needs to be mowed.Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02743921972328074980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4420673425798745616.post-5518218986713089912010-05-03T08:52:02.003-04:002010-05-03T08:52:02.003-04:00I carry a magnifying glass and my reading glasses ...I carry a magnifying glass and my reading glasses for those little dickens.

The reading glasses are a new trend, I need them to work my camera well.

sighUpupaepopshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05840292738185134371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4420673425798745616.post-53283311065683870652010-05-03T08:44:13.410-04:002010-05-03T08:44:13.410-04:00lmao the common dandilion, that's funny, we ha...lmao the common dandilion, that's funny, we have those too lol....I noticed yesterday on the drive to the Farm there were tons of triliums on the side of the road, so pretty.
